‚Silo Next‘ Office Building, AT
In the south of Vienna, the „Silo Next“ – the third phase of the „Silo Offices“ office complex – has been completed. Eco-friendly building materials, such as ISOLENA Optimal insulation in the internal walls, have contributed to the project achieving DGNB Gold pre-certification.
Ecological insulation is consistently continued in the windows: the ISOLENA window filler provides a natural and diffusion-open seal.
Thanks to openable windows, mechanical ventilation and the use of air-purifying sheep's wool insulation, the indoor climate in the light-flooded offices with their generous room height of around 2.90 metres remains pleasantly balanced.
This creates real quality of life in the workplace. Proof that sustainable construction and modern office comfort are not mutually exclusive.
